We have just completed the Horses dunes and nomads ride in the Sahara. Outstanding! The scenery was much more varied than I had expected, constantly changing and stunningly beautiful in the desert light. The food was fresh, colourful and very tasty, lovingly prepared and presented together with the delicious dates and nuts and mint tea that welcomed us each afternoon. The horses were keen and tireless, all so handsome! Tack was comfortable for both horse and rider, well fitting and of good quality. Last but not least our guide team were just super: Well organised, timely, good natured. Abdel ran his team seamlessly, everyone had their role to play. He kept us all included, informed, safe and happy. The horses were well cared for and so were we. I can thoroughly recommend this ride and indeed this outfit to any competent rider who yearns to ride the wide open spaces in dazzling sunlight on fast beautiful horses.
